How do I know if I am a winner?
If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, our 3rd party partner provide us with your contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on your order/entry form. We will then call you to manage fulfillment of the prize.
We DO NOT message potential winners via social media. If you are contacted by an account that is impersonating us please contact us immediately via Instagram DM @dibs.golf or email: dibsgolf.team@gmail.com.
You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.
When do you announce the winner?
Once the giveaway has ended we send all the entries to a 3rd party who conducts a random fair drawing. This process usually takes about 5-7 business days on before we receive the Winners Name (hopefully you). Once we receive the Winners name we confirm their eligibility then announce it on our website and social media platforms.
How do I know I am entered?
Once you complete checkout our system will automatically record your entries! Place 1, 2, 3 or even 100 orders, all your entries will be automatically combined!
How does it work?
Great question, we get this alot. We automatically track all of your entries during the submission period. Once the giveaway deadline has passed, we send all the entries to a 3rd party to ensure a fair drawing of the winner. Once the 3rd party has drawn a winner they verify their eligibility and pass on the results to us. Then we will contact them and arrange fulfillment of the prize! Which is hopefully you!
